Your withdrawal destination must match the payment method you originally used to deposit. For example, if you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal must go to the same local payment account. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts or mismatched payment methods. If your account holds bonus balance, you cannot withdraw until that bonus is fully used or has expired. Plan your bonus claiming around your intended withdrawal schedule to avoid delays.

Account Balance and Bonus Balance

We maintain separate tracking of your cash balance and bonus balance. Cash balance is your own funds; bonus balance is promotional credit offered under specific terms and expiry windows. You can see both balances in your account dashboard. When you stake on games or markets, you choose whether to use cash or bonus credit. Winnings from bonus-funded stakes are converted to cash balance.

Bonus Terms and Restrictions
