Payment Methods and Financial Responsibility

Account Closure and Dormancy

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for 12 months, we may close it unilaterally and return your balance. We will attempt to notify you via email before closure. After closure, balances are held in escrow for 2 years before being forfeited, subject to local law.

Changes to Terms and Service

We may update this legal notice, our terms, and our service offerings at any time. Material changes are communicated via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of nobu constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, close your account before the effective date.

Your jurisdiction, not the calendar or sporting season, determines your eligibility.
